Named after the York lane in which Ebor Morris's practice hall is situated, the Bad Bargain Ceilidh Band is a Ceilidh, or Barn Dance band from York who specialise in English traditional country dances and tunes; ideal for beginners and novel for specialists as many of the dances come from unpublished manuscripts or traditional sources.
We draw from a pool of 8 musicians, most of whom have been playing traditional music on the folk scene for many years.
